Commissions?

So my brother convinced me that I should start selling my pants (The one's in which I paint on for myself and for when I need a cheap present) as means of money. I tried it before at my old school but it never really worked out, now that I started thinking about it I was like, "Hey, why not do commissions as well instead of just selling them to rich Naperville kids." Well, one problem. I don't know how commissions work and I don't have a bank account that I know of so I don't know whether I'd need one for far out commissions as in across country, state, etc. and how I'd get the money.
So, if you know just message me.
